By accessing or using AssessHome360 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AssessHome360 provides AI-powered property analysis reports including cost estimates, risk assessments, and investment viability scores. Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Payment Terms

• Paid reports and subscriptions are billed as described at purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available per our refund policy (7 days for single reports, 30 days prorated for annual subscriptions)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our reports or data
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AiVONS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our reports. Property analysis involves estimates and projections that may not reflect actual outcomes.

Our reports are NOT substitutes for:

• Professional property inspections
• Real estate appraisals
• Legal or financial advice
• Title searches or surveys

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIVONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AiVONS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
