How do I run my first property analysis?

Simply enter any US property address in the search box on our homepage and click "Analyze Free". You'll receive a Basic Report within 60 seconds, no account required.

What properties can AssessHome360 analyze?

We currently support residential properties in the United States, including single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and multi-family properties (up to 4 units). Commercial properties coming soon.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is needed for Basic Reports. To purchase In-Depth Reports or subscribe to Pro plans, you'll need to create a free account.

Understanding Reports

What's the difference between Basic and In-Depth Reports?

Basic Reports provide a snapshot: property overview, basic cost estimate, simple risk score, and fair value range. In-Depth Reports ($199) include the full True Cost Engine with 5/10/20 year projections, complete 8-category Risk Matrix, investment viability analysis, negotiation leverage data, and exportable PDF/Excel reports.

How accurate are the cost estimates?

Our estimates are based on 50+ data sources and regional indices. We intentionally estimate costs conservatively—it's better to be pleasantly surprised than blindsided. All estimates show confidence levels and data sources.

What does the Risk Score mean?

The Risk Score (0-100) summarizes overall property risk. Lower is better. The In-Depth Report breaks this into 8 categories: structural, foundation, flood, fire/climate, insurance, permits, renovation overrun, and neighborhood trends—each with severity, confidence, and financial impact.

Billing & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing.

Can I get a refund?

Single In-Depth Reports: 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Pro Monthly: Cancel anytime, no refunds for partial months. Pro Annual: 30-day prorated refund available. Contact support@assesshome360.com for refund requests.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. You can resubscribe anytime.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with a reset link valid for 24 hours.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data. Active subscriptions will be cancelled.
